Additional tips for helping sleep begin
In addition to following dosing guidelines when taking EDLUAR, it's important to talk to your doctor about everything you can do to help you fall asleep. Make sure to follow a sleep routine that promotes sleep, also known as "good sleep hygiene."
Do Remember To:
- Exercise early in the day
- Make your bedroom cool, comfortable, dark, and quiet
- Create a soothing before-bedtime routine
- Go to bed and get up about the same time every day
Remember, Do NOT:
- Watch TV or read in bed
- Lie awake in bed if your mind is racing or you're worried about falling asleep
- Drink caffeinated coffee, soda, or tea within a few hours of bedtime
- Use products that are known to affect sleep such as cigarettes and alcohol
